Four Great Soccer Drills For Kids

Coaching a team of successful soccer requires a lot of practice. This is the case for professional football teams, and this is also the case for teams of children. With that in mind, here are some great soccer drills for kids that you can use with your team.

1- With drilling door
First, gather cones. Use these cones to create a number of doors. Each door should be about three feet between the cones. Set up as many doors as you need. Once you've set up, divide your team into pairs of players. Now have a member of each team tries to pass the ball through a door to his or her partner. Every time the ball went through the door without touching a cone, a point will be awarded. The player from each team with the most points at the end wins.

2- Drilling Deposit

For this exercise, take eight cones and use them to form two grids. Each gate comprises four cones in a square formation with each cone two meters distance from the adjacent corner. The two gates should be approximately 20 meters apart from each other. A player in a grid is then asked to send the ball to a player in the other grid. This player tries to get the ball while keeping it in the grid before passing it back. If the player receives the ball while keeping it in the grid, he or she receives one point.

3- The Four Corner Drill shooting
For this exercise, you need a football field that is 25 by 40 meters in size. At each corner of the box, a cone is to be placed. This exercise also requires goalkeepers and regular goals. To play the drill, the coach first serves the ball to one of two players on the far side of the field.

The player who receives the ball then has three options. He or she can run in one touch away with a dribble or pass the ball to a teammate. If the ball is shot or sent out of bounds, players switch lines in drilling after leaving the field. The coach then used the new ball to a player in a far corner of the field. For most effective, have a lot of balls ready for this drill.

4- Catch or drill head

For this exercise, the coach is at the center of a circle formed by the players. The coach then throws the ball underhand to the first player. While the ball is in the air, the coach is shouting "head" or "capture". If the coach calls "head", the player must catch the ball. If the coach calls "capture", he or she shall direct the ball. If a player fails to do the opposite of what the coach said, he went out and must leave the circle. The coach then pulls the next player in the circle. The exercise continues until only one player remains. This player is the winner of the game.

Do not be afraid to make changes to these exercises as needed. Overall, the goal of these four soccer drills for kids is to improve the players' ability to make, receive, shoot and make quick decisions on the field.

Child care after School Activities For The Working Mother

In today's world it is difficult for working mothers who may have to duplicate. Some may work from September to May jobs or other quarters. They come home and they are faced with other functions as well. For some this can mean driving their children here and there. If you ever get the feeling you're on a spinning wheel, perhaps it's time to learn how to manage after school activities your children better.

Parents with one child may be able to get a grip on their children's activities after school. This is when you have two or more children, things can get a little crazy. Often you will have trouble keeping up with all the kids are doing as well as taking care of the house.
You will need to decide as a family what is most important. Want to eat meals together every night or activities your child prevent you from doing so? What about the monetary aspect of participating in sports or other after-school activities? If your child is involved, it will test the family budget. What requirements are there extra money if they participate?

If you have several children, you may want to limit them to one activity after school per season. Some children will want to do everything. Help them understand that certain practices or activities may overlap, meaning that they will miss something. Limit the sports they play or organizations have joined, you are less likely to have scheduling conflicts.

Consider the time required for each activity. Most sports will practice at least three days per week with games usually played on the weekend or even on weeknights. Non sporting activities such as scouting or music classes may also require the participation of the weekend. If your child is involved, something will certainly have to because you can not be in two places at once.

Buy a large calendar to put all activities on family member. Assign each person a color to easily identify who is active on a given day. You will always have conflicts from time to time, especially if children are involved in similar activities. On this occasion, when there is a conflict, ask your friends and family to help you by supporting a child while you are with another.

Do not panic if you care or are unable to make every practice and every game. It will happen.

Do not forget the qualities. If extracurricular activities begin to affect school performance, let them know that school work comes first, no matter what. Your child may not like if you take them out of something they love, but it is much more important that they get a decent education as playing a sport or an instrument.

Family life, juggling a job, and extra-curricular activities your child can be very stressful. Keep in mind that most activities last only eight to ten weeks. Although you will be busy for several weeks, your children can benefit as much from being a part of something outside of school. Use some of the ideas above to help you manage the business after school and you will enjoy the cheer and watch them grow.

Tips for Children to Avoid Aggressive Behavior

These days it is not uncommon to settle in and find new horror stories of girls beating other girls, children shooting children in school and the list continues. Unfortunately , violence is almost a daily part of our society , television to war protests intimidation of school grounds , parents should be very aware of how aggressive behavior begins and how to prevent becoming a problem .

From about 18 months , children can begin to show signs of aggression . Early intervention is essential to prevent children who have violent tendencies get out of control . More importantly, all children should be taught from an early age that violence is not a solution , but a problem that will only create more problems . I often hear parents ask the following question:

How can we prevent these acts of aggression occurs and what can we do to protect our children from being beaten, intimidated , threatened or worse by other children ?

A . Be a good role model for your child by learning to control your own anger or aggressive tendencies . Do not hesitate to contact if you have problems with anger management . Activities like spanking, yelling and threatening children can lead to schoolyard bullies , fights and even more violent and dangerous activities.

Disciplining children does not have to involve aggressive techniques , which can give children the message that this type of behavior is acceptable , " if mom does, I can do it." Explore positive discipline techniques and give children at least 30 minutes of direct , one to one positive attention every day.

2 . Teach your children at an age early the golden rule : Treat others as you want them to treat you. Look for opportunities to teach your children how to make good choices with others. If you see your child is so cruel about him on how he or she would feel to be treated this way. Teach your child how to talk about emotions will allow your child to express him or appropriately.

3 . Pay special attention to the friends your child chooses . Is the friend to treat your child with respect and kindness ? Otherwise , talk to your child how this friend makes her feel and if there are other children who could make him feel better. Parents should make an effort to know who their child is friends with and guide to be friends with people who bring positive experiences of the relationship.

4 . Explain to the children that physical or verbal aggression are not acceptable under any circumstances. When an adult sees a child with aggressive behavior , the child should not be scolded, but removed from the situation. Then the child should be asked about what happened and what could have been done differently to prevent aggressive feelings first. This will give you the tools to prevent child abuse in the future.

5 . Give children an outlet for their energy at an early age . Children have a lot of physical energy and if they do not have a productive way to release this energy, they may find themselves in difficulty.

Activities such as sports , martial arts, music, art and dance are all wonderful ways to let children get physically healthy way. Children should participate in any of these activities at least once a day or whenever tensions arise . Have positives for energy can help children feel successful , productive and proud among many other benefits.

These 5 tips can be applied to children , young and old , preteens , teens and even adults. By starting early , parents can encourage their children to communicate and behave appropriately, the introduction to children's success . Parents who want their children to be happy to do their best to show their children that happy people and behave like . Conversely , parents should discuss misconduct not in a threatening manner , but as an opportunity to discuss choices.

Most parents can teach children to use their words and body in a positive way , the more likely that children will not engage in aggressive or dangerous behaviors later in life.

On another note , children who exhibit aggressive behavior during their teens are usually starved for positive attention from their parents. It is never too late to give your child support and love , especially if they are in trouble. If parents can begin at an early age to interact with children on a regular basis and be involved in all aspects of the lives of their children, then guns, girl fights on the internet and other acts of violence can be reduced and parents support will increase. Who will you choose?

Start early so that your child enjoys eating a variety of foods that are healthy for them, because if you wait until they are older , their habits will be more and more to be deeply rooted , and you will be dealing with a nay sayers have , and it will be much harder to change their minds when they get older.

My child only eats ..
Which is it? Spaghetti tires? Chocolate yogurt ? Potatoes? Baked beans ? If you have not told it about your child , you probably have a different mother , distraught that her child eat only .... 've heard

If you are picky about food your child when he / she was not to stifle a child , it can get a little hope , but you should not wait any longer - act now. Begin by you . A tour of your fridge and cupboards and remove all the items that you are required by your child Once you do that , if they ask for it , have the perfect answer - there are none. Replace these items with healthier alternatives. For example, if you love chocolate yogurt locust bean gum could add to make it healthier you . If you love spaghetti tires could cook , serve whole-wheat spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce . Replace soda and carbonated drinks with orange juice and mineral water. You must make the changes gradually to make, and be patient and sneaky when needed. Oh yes, and be persistent - do not give up .
Your attitude towards food is very important. If you do not like your greens as you expect that your child enjoys going to be one of them . If you use different foods watch the expression on your face, so that it is not , your child is no evidence . If vegetables are not " inspire , it's time to retrain your brain , allowing you to show the necessary enthusiasm for your child.

No punishment , reward or bribery

If you have a picky eater , try emotion of meals. Most food fads actually emotionally driven . It is often a method that your child used to maintain its independence , so that the less emotion you can on the table, the better it will be to bring . For example , do not look hurt if your vegetable casserole is not the hit you hoped it would be , or if your child everything eats on her plate not go crazy with emotion. You should also never punish , reward or bribe your child to a particular food [s ] eat, nor should you ever force any food on it. That's a sure way for the rejection.

From the earliest age, must eat to do something your child to satisfy their appetites did not fall on you . It also does not need to be a neat activity . Do not let your need to feed your child govern their diet. Rather, they should be governed by their appetites . It is normal for them to eat more food 1 day as the next want .

Eating should be an activity that is independent will . Once your child is able to use their hands or a spoon , which is easiest , and yes messy is good to encourage in fact they to do so . Not about manners at an early age to take care of . Let food can be fun and can then teach eat properly later.

How to increase Child's IQ Naturally

Nutrition your child receives from childhood to his years of training is essential not only for the construction of a solid body, but also to achieving optimal emotional and mental health and intellectual capacity . That is why how you feed your child is generally considered an important component of good parenting.

Recent advances in nutritional neuroscience show that specific nutrients have certain effects on the developing human brain, which influence intelligence, mood and behavior .

The brain of a human fetus grows rapidly from the 10th to 18th week of pregnancy. During this time, the fetus is developing thousands of brain cells, called neurons , each minute. In addition, these neurons begin to develop a system of interlocking connections , essentially forming a network of specialized nerve cells that may have long-term effects on child development . Therefore, it is important for the mother to eat nutritious foods during this time.

This process of rapid growth and brain development continues for about 2 years after birth. Just like a car needs fuel , good nutrition during this important stage of development is essential . In fact , malnutrition, or shortages of essential nutrients during this period can have devastating effects on the nervous system and neurological development and physical growth .

Although the total number of neurons does not greatly increase beyond the age of two years, the number of connections that take place between them continues to grow considerably over time. When a baby is born , each neuron in the cerebral cortex - the outermost layer of the brain - can connect with about 2,500 other neurons. When the child reaches the age of two or three, that number has increased to 15,000.

Connections formed in the brain of a child are critical to memory, cognition and learning. These connections are conduits along which the electrical impulses that travel up our thoughts . During the years of the most important learning , children are literally wiring the ways their brains work every minute.

For example , very young children develop language skills again and again words , they literally drive over the images they see in the world around them with the sounds they make . Every thought of a young child is represented by a " ripple " of activity through the network of neurons in the brain. Thoughts and repeated actions , whether related to speech or movement , enhance and strengthen neurological pathways . In addition, as the child develops more advanced skills such as crawling and walking , connections childhood that are no longer needed weaken considerably. Unlike other organs in the body , the brain is constantly renewed and restructured.

Connections that form in the brain, called dendrites, are very important for the physical , mental and emotional development of the child. Where it meets another dendrites are similar gaps in a spark plug . As dendrites fill these gaps, synapses are created. In other words , as dendrites "spark" through these gaps synapses, messages are sent from one neuron to another . How these synapses traffic information of a process called neurotransmission - in the brain is crucial for the proper functioning of the body and the development of intelligence.

Parts of the brain that send and receive messages consist of essential fatty acids such as those found in fish and seeds, phospholipids present in eggs and offal , and amino acids, which are the raw material of protein . The message itself , known as a neurotransmitter , in most cases is composed of amino acids. Different amino acids are neurotransmitters . For example , serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps a child feel happy, is made from tryptophan . The adrenaline and dopamine, which keep children motivated , are made from phenylalanine. However, turning in an amino acid neurotransmitter is not a simple task. Enzymes in the brain , which depend on vitamins, minerals and amino acids specific function to accomplish this task . These vitamins and minerals also control the regular fuel supply blood sugar or glucose - which feeds each neuron . From all this you can see how the food your children eat does more than build their body. It also helps to develop their brain , neurons themselves to the synapses that transmit information throughout the body and mind. Thus , diet plays a key role in determining how your children think and feel. Although the basic structure of your child's brain is determined by genetics, nutrition they receive and what they learn to help develop this structure , and ultimately , their intelligence and ability to learn. It also affects how they fit , and if they have a happy and fulfilling life. While you can not change the genes , you can control the nutrition and learning environment for your child. For this reason, one of your main tasks as a parent is to ensure that your child receives optimal nutrition and a stimulating environment that promotes their learning capacity. In the development of your child's brain , optimal nutrition is all about ensuring that your child receives adequate amounts of five essential food while avoiding others.
